Make time to rest and recharge your batteries
Sleep is critical for feeling and looking your best. Make your bedtime beautiful with a dream pillow; a fragrant, soft little sachet filled with dried herbs. Create a sacred beauty space.
To get away from everyday life, build a "beautiful you" corner; an area that is totally dedicated to beauty in all its facets. Post images that represent beauty to you (ideally of yourself!), keep a beautifully bound journal of inspirational writings, display lovely objects and keep products that make you feel pampered and energized (a luxurious body lotion, for example!). You'll be amazed at the difference having that small sanctuary to retreat to will make in the rest of your life.
Make exercise a regular habit.
Twenty minutes of running, fast walking or aerobics will increase blood flow to your face and give your skin a fresh, energized look. No time? Try just a couple of minutes of jumping jacks for a refresher!
Eat a balanced diet of whole foods, organic when possible
Make sure you have good fats in your diet; they keep your skin supple.
