Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to your satisfaction, and our goal is to make sure you love every moment of your experience with us. We will accept exchanges on any Exuberance Beauty product upon receiving your item within 60 days of the purchase date

Follow the steps below in "Return your Items by mail" to exchange an item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on any skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (studies have repeatedly shown that reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).

In the event that a full refund is desired Exuberance Beauty will reimburse or refund the value of the order less the original shipment charge. If free delivery was applied to the order the shipment charges will still be deducted. All items must be received by Exuberance Beauty within 60 days of the purchase date.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item(s) please contact us immediately. We will give you information on how to return the goods to us at our expense. You will have the choice of waiting for the correct products or receiving an immediate refund.

When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. (No cash refunds). Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or UPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. The original shipping cost is not refundable on returns.

Returning your Items by Mail

Please follow these instructions when returning an item:

  1. Place the unused item in its original condition into a box. We recommend using the original packaging to ship your product.
  2. Contact us for an ' Exuberance Order Exchange, Return or Refund ' form. Please fill it out completely.
  3. the Label addressed to Exuberance Beauty included in your original order.
  4. We recommend you send your package using a registered/traceable mail service such as Fedex or UPS - we can't assume responsibility for a lost parcel.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will take approximately seven days to reflect the exchange. If you have any questions about your return, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-877-231-4087.

*We regret that we do not refund shipping costs with the return.

** Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient. This applies to exchanged products as well as original purchases.
